Regional development through establishing innovative industrial clusters

The article deals with the theoretical interpretation of various treatments of "cluster" by foreign and Russian scientists - regionalists, based on trends in regional development of countries including the Russian Federation, as well as on the basis of research of different potentials of regions, conducted by us, options been proposed for establishing 5innovative-industrial clusters in the territory of Mongolia, the important role is played by government in creating favorable environment and providing various incentives (financial, fiscal, concerning infrastructure, social, etc.) for companies operating in these clusters.
