Development of agricultural enterprises in the region: the main problems and ways to overcome them

The study is devoted to the analysis and evaluation of the development of agricultural enterprises of the Krasnodar Krai, identifying their problems and identifying ways to overcome them. In order to analyze the problems of the development of agricultural enterprises of the Krasnodar Krai, financial indicators, indicators of the state of the material and technical base, indicators of state support for agricultural enterprises, the degree of dependence on the import of agricultural seeds were evaluated. The main problems of the development of agricultural enterprises in the region are identified. Thus, low solvency is caused by a lack of financial resources to ensure the stable functioning of the studied enterprises. The imperfection of the material and technical base of production is a consequence of the lack of the possibility of financing its qualitative and quantitative renewal. The low level of state support for agricultural enterprises in financial terms is due to the lack of strategic goals and indicators that can be achieved as a result of the implementation of measures that stimulate the development of agriculture. Dependence on the supply of agricultural seeds is associated with the underdevelopment of the institute of breeding and seed production in the country. Measures have been developed to stimulate the improvement of the efficiency of agricultural enterprises of the Krasnodar Krai: the transformation of the regulatory framework for the development of agriculture, ensuring state support at the proper level, the development of the institute of breeding and seed production.
