Development of the system of children villages as a new form of organization of arrangement of children without parental care

The article analyzes the system of children villages, as a new form of organization of children without parental care. The basic principles, main components of the concept of education of orphans and children without parental care, which where implemented in the children village, are presented. There are data considering social efficiency of children villages. The experience of the family type of children village in Irkutsk region, Zalari village is summarized and analyzed.
