Development of the system of state quality control over machine-building enterprises' products

The article deals with the role of the state in the formation of the quality management system (QMS) at the modern industrial enterprises. The authors outline the key components of the national quality policy. Formation of a new model of the state standardization regulation is defined as one of the main ways to improve the domestic industry in accordance with the requirements of globalization. The authors describe the procedure of the documented quality management system formation, as well as discuss the parameters of evaluation of QMS efficiency.
