Development of the system of corporate pension insurance company

The article discusses the possibility of development of programs of corporate pension insurance for the enterprise. The economic benefits of using the system of additional pension provision for employers and their employees. Presents results of a sociological study of the implementation of corporate pension insurance companies and the potential of pension schemes within the scope of skilled workers in hiring and retention on jobs.
