In the modern world, the personnel management system means a lot for the enterprise and its development. Various views and systems of personnel motivation have been developed in science, including for service sector enterprises. In this article, the authors propose a labor motivation system focused on enterprises in the service sector. The authors also consider the experience of foreign countries in the field under study and, taking this into account, formulate proposals for achieving greater efficiency of the enterprise, increasing its competitiveness due to the correct motivation of personnel.
