Development of the vocational education system in the sphere of culture and art in the 1990's - early XXI century (case study of the southern districts of the Tyumen region)

The article discusses the issues of functioning and development of vocational education in the sphere of culture and art in the south of the Tyumen region. These processes have not been thoroughly studied in the historical aspect. On the basis of documental recordings, the authors review functioning of educational institutions in the1990-s - early XXI century, outline the structural changes in the two-level education system, as a result of which the Tyumen State Academy of Culture and Arts has been transformed into a continuing multilevel educational complex focused on the realization of educational programs on the basis of modern federal educational standards.
