Development of the investigative system and increasing its effectiveness in modern conditions

Anointing. The article is devoted to the development of the system of investigative actions in the Russian criminal process, aspects of legal regulation of this institution and possible ways to improve the effectiveness of the system of investigative actions in modern conditions. The relevance of this topic is largely due to the variability of domestic and international standards of criminal justice, the influence of the criminal procedure experience of other States, as well as the progressive pace of development of modern science and technology.
