Development of a system of personnel labor motivation in a modern organization

The paper offers a scheme of the author’s understanding of the process of labor motivation, considers the factors on which the process of labor motivation depends. Based on this, it was concluded that motivation for work or work motivation should be understood as the process of choosing an employee’s own form of participation in the labor process under the influence of various motivational factors. Various theories of labor motivation are analyzed, which make it possible to understand the mechanism of motivation development among employees, and the procedure for building a system of labor motivation in a modern organization is proposed, as well as the tools with which it can be implemented. However, before developing a system based on (or using elements of) one of the existing theories of motivation, it is necessary to study the values of employees, get acquainted with the needs of employees, using various management tools for this. The general directions of development of the system of labor motivation of personnel are given, contributing to the development of the system of labor motivation and strengthening employee motivation.
