Development of the education management in Russia in the late 20th -early 21st centuries from the perspective of system and synergetic approaches to the theory of organization

The article is concerned with education management system development. Representing Russian educational system as a social organization, the development of such its subsystem as the education management one is considered from the perspective of system and synergetic approaches to the theory of organization. Basing upon such approaches one may learn in depth process of the management system development.
