Development of the internal management control system for quality management of highway construction

This paper discusses the need for internal controls to manage the quality of highway construction.Any type of work will always be managed more efficiently by dividing tasks among employees or using dual management. Such control as well as many preventive measures are applied in payment. Dual management for highway construction quality management is a type of management system in which the entire process is not managed by any one person. In dual control, two people perform the same work and their duties are divided between them so that each operation is not performed by any one person. Both types of control have the same objective: to prevent any person from having unrestricted access to funds.
