Development of the social sphere in the regions within the framework of implementing the social order

Based on the analysis of regulations and analytical data, the article characterizes the progress of the implementation of the national project «Education» and the state (municipal) order. As a result of the study, it was revealed that financial support for national projects from budgetary funds and non-budgetary sources does not always give a positive result. The conclusion of concession agreements within the framework of public-private partnerships, based on the results of an analysis using the example of the Novosibirsk region, slows down the commissioning of social facilities. The state (municipal) order for the provision of social services, financed exclusively from budget funds, as a pilot project does not always achieve planned indicators due to objective circumstances that are reflected in the work.
