Development of social and cultural sphere of Volgograd in the middle of the 1960s - the middle of the 1980s (based on the cultural centres)

The article deals with the activity of the cultural centres of Volgograd in the context of the development of the social and cultural sphere in the stated period. There is defined the quantitative dynamics of these institutions of culture. There are revealed and analysed the basic directions and forms of the work of the cultural institutions with the population.
