Development of individual and group subjectiveness in subject-medium interactions

This article is a theoretical analysis of the development of subjectivity of an individual and a group in the subject-environment interactions. Special attention is paid to the problem of efficiency of joint activities to solve problems in a professional environment. The results of empirical research of personal qualities of the individual influencing efficiency of joint activity are presented. The methods of «Index of subjective unity» and «Five-Factor personality questionnaire» were used for the study. The study involved 480 respondents. The data obtained confirmed that the effectiveness of joint activities is influenced by the personal qualities of the individual.
