Development of theoretical views on the development of the state in the Russian empire (XVIII century)

The features of the formation in the Russian Empire of theoretical views about the socio-political structure of the country, the status of public authority during the 18th century are considered. It is noted that during this century, works began to appear in Russia that analyzed the features of the development of the state, where certain aspects of Russian reality were subjected to comprehension. However, absolutism as a form of government in the Russian Empire was not questioned, and there was no talk of criticism of the monarch personally. And only Radishchev allowed himself nameless, abstract criticism of the current government, but for this he was repressed.
