Development of territorial network organizations under the fourth industrial revolution

The article discusses issues related to the digital transformation of the electrical grid complex throughout the entire period of development of Russian industry. The main historical stages in the development of the electric power industry, starting from the 19th century, are highlighted. Particular attention is paid to methods and mechanisms for managing electric grid companies in the context of the introduction of Industry 4.0 technologies. The influence of the development of digital technologies on indicators of reliability, quality and uninterrupted power supply to consumers is substantiated. A new method for regulating tariffs for electric energy transmission services is proposed, based on determining reference costs.
