Development of territories through the tools of municipal-private partnership agreements in the field of reconstruction of cultural objects

One of the most pressing issues in the field of reconstruction of cultural objects today is the use of instruments of municipal-private partnership agreements. The paper examines the prerequisites for the use of municipal-private partnership tools in the field of culture, presents a classification of the forms of its potential use and describes the most possible barriers that arise in the way of the effective development of such a mechanism as municipal-private partnership.
