Development of territories of advanced development

The article is devoted to the consideration of the mechanism of creation of special economic conditions for certain regions included in the list of territories of advanced development, features of functioning of such territories. On the basis of the study of the stages of formation of territories of advanced development highlighted their characteristic differences: a holistic system that includes the multiple objects and economic actors within its boundaries, an integrated approach when establishing the preferences of different nature (tax, insurance, customs, etc.), priority development area is formed outside the boundaries of the special economic zone, with the possible creation of industrial parks. The problems and causes of the weak development of Tori in the Far East are generalized and grouped.
