The article focuses on the development of territories and recreational facilities as tourist attractions to increase tourist flow. Key areas contributing to attracting tourists are explored, including cultural-historical, gastronomic, event-based, active, medical, ecological, and family tourism. Special attention is given to the role of recreational facilities in shaping tourist flow, their unique concepts (eco-, ethno-, wellness-focused facilities), the development of infrastructure and services, integration with natural and cultural landmarks, the use of modern technologies, and marketing strategies. The importance of sustainable development, social responsibility, and creating a comfortable environment for tourists is emphasized.
