Tourism development in Russia in the face of external threats

For many countries of the world, tourism has already become one of the important components of the national economy. First, the COVID-19 pandemic, then anti-Russian sanctions from the international community put in a difficult position not only the sustainable development of the Russian tourism sector and especially its international component, but also caused damage to the entire world tourism. The article examines the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Russian-Ukrainian conflict and the anti-Russian sanctions policy on the development of tourism in the Russian Federation.
