Evolution of universities and the real sector of the economy interaction

The article is devoted to the study of the factors of universities and the real sector of the economy interaction evolution in modern conditions. We researched such factors as the transition to a knowledge economy; growing geopolitical tensions; enhancing the role of the social and scientific community; tertialization of the economy; technological modernization of industrial enterprises; building up the social capital of universities and enterprises; personification of marketing and administrative functions of universities; active state policy regarding the development of the researched interaction; change in the forms of labor motivation; development of mechanisms for coordinating the interests of universities and subjects of the real sector of the economy.
