The article deals with the reactive adjustments of morphological and biochemical composition of the blood of rats to the load of grape seeds oil meal. It was found that continuous load of grape seed oil meal contributes to the significant increase in the number of erythrocytes in the blood of rats by 24,0 %, hemoglobin concentration by 32,4 %, the amount of stab neutrophils by 31,2 % and segmented neutrophils by 12,0 %, as well as decrease in monocytes by 20,4 % compared to the control. The influence effect of grape seed oil meal on the biochemical composition of rat blood is most evidently seen in the significant increase in the amount of albumin by 13,9 % and the decrease in the concentration of y-globulins by 11,8 %.
