Realization of acts of the ECHR by national courts of the Russia

This article deals with the procedure for implementing decisions of the European Court of Human Rights by the national courts of the Russian Federation. The author highlights the various forms of implementation of these acts, depending on the nature of the prescriptions contained in them, and the particular court of the judicial system of the Russian Federation.
