Realization of the biological potential of barley varieties in the proposed cultivation conditions

The article presents the results of assessing the responsiveness of spring barley varieties to environmental conditions during the formation of yield. The research was carried out in 2020-2021 in the conditions of the steppe zone. As much as possible, in experience, the Vorsinsky variety 2 realized its biological potential. This variety significantly exceeded the standard both in 2020 and in 2021. Its values are 2.35 t/ha and 2.94 t/ha, respectively, the Vorsinsky variety standard is 1.96 t/ha and 2.62 t/ha. The "year" factor had the greatest impact on the variability of the yield level - 55.8%.
