Freedom is one of the most important values of the individual that determines the individual’s essence and existence. Freedom of the Internet enables us to make our choices at various stages of the development and implementation of the virtual world, to determine values and to look consciously for a suitable path. Negative freedom results in inhumane, immoral behavior on the Internet; positive freedom, which is used to realize the potential of subjectivity and appears as a manifestation of the ability to improve ourselves and the world.
