Implementation of state innovation policy: analysis of convergence

The article is devoted to the study of the question of the similarity of the level of development of individual organizations acting as partners within the functioning subjects of the scientific and innovative infrastructure and potential partners on the basis of the theory of convergence. The analysis made it possible to identify trends in the socio-economic, innovative development of Belarus and individual countries, including in the vector of the implementation of the cooperative resource model in order to improve (adapt) the state innovation policy. Analytical conclusions testify to the high importance and role of the scientific and innovative component in the comprehensive development program of the Republic of Belarus, Russia, China and a number of other countries. The tendency of the growing level of the Belarusian-Russian, Belarusian-Chinese collaboration in the scientific and innovative vector is noted, which serves as the foundation for the preparation and implementation of joint programs for innovative development, the development of joint innovative projects, and the development of intellectual potential.
