Implementation of the state branch policy: problematic aspects and directions of improvement

The publication examined problematic aspects of the state sectoral policy that arise at the stage of its implementation. The reasons for its inefficiency are analyzed, for example, related to insufficient elaboration of the regulatory framework, lack of personnel, inconsistency in the actions of various departments, limited resource backing and issues of establishing feedback between various participants. The author suggests ways of solving problems of implementing state sectoral policy aimed at improving its effectiveness, increasing the sustainability of key sectors of the economy, and increasing the competitiveness of the country as a whole. As a result, a Roadmap has been developed to improve the implementation of sectoral policy in the Luhansk People's Republic for 2026-2030.
