Realization of the state program of the Russian Federation «Ensuring public order and counteracting criminality» (2014-2020), taking into account the introduction of the subprogram «Victimological counteraction of crime in the Russian Federation»

In this article, we consider the author’s concept of creating a system of victimological counteraction to crime. The introduction of the victimological counteraction to crime into the state program of the Russian Federation «Ensuring public order and counteracting criminality» (2014-2020) is proposed as a subprogram. Based on the research conducted by the author, the main indicators and indicators of the effectiveness of the implementation of the provisions of the proposed sub-program for combating crime, taking into account the victimological orientation of the criminal policy of our state, are highlighted. At the end SHAPE \* MERGEFORMAT of the article, the author’s position is expressed and the draft is proposed in the state program of the Russian Federation «Ensuring public order and combating crime», approved by the resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation.
