The implementation and protection of housing rights orphans

The сonditions of the crisis, negatively affecting economic performance, also affect the budgets of the regions, which in turn can not provide guarantees for the protection of children's rights, including housing rights. They are safeguards on paper only, and the rights of citizens are grossly violated. Typical for the Russian Federation is associated with providing housing for orphans. This is still a problem for many years. In this work the author tried to determine the effectiveness of mechanisms for the protection of the rights of children-orphans on the territory of the Tambov region.
