World trade is growing every year along with the growth of world GDP. A huge amount of goods move around the planet every day. The availability of appropriate infrastructure is the key to the stable development of the international economy. Violations in the functioning of transport arteries can provoke price spikes, termination of contracts and other unpleasant consequences. The importance of infrastructure for world trade forces States to invest heavily in the development of various means of transportation. One of such projects is the Chinese initiative «One Belt, One Road», announced in 2013. It implies the creation of land routes alternative to the Southern Sea Route, passing through the territory of the countries of Central Asia and the Russian Federation.
