Implementation of investment policy in Russian Federation

Based on the analysis of time series, the article reveals trends in changes in the volume of investments in fixed capital of the Russian Federation. For a certain time period, the coefficient of intensity of renewal of fixed assets was calculated, which made it possible to identify the nature of their renewal. As a result of the analysis of the structure of investments by sources of financing, it was found that the situation in Russia differs from the trends in the investment activity of developed countries. The dynamics of foreign direct investment and investment from Russia abroad is considered. The dynamics of the specific structure of investments in fixed capital, demonstrating the predominant direction of costs for the creation of the passive part of fixed assets, and the structure of investments by forms of reproduction of fixed assets, where investments in new construction are of decisive importance, are given. . The data showing a significant difference between the constituent entities of the Russian Federation in terms of the volume of investments in fixed capital are presented. Currently, the choice of one or another form of reproduction of fixed assets is carried out by enterprises depending on their financial condition. At the same time, the financial burden on the investor differs significantly - from the highest in new construction to a relatively small one in the technical re-equipment of existing industries.
