The implementation of exclusive rights of authors and related rights in contract use in the EEU

Purpose: Of the Study the current problem issues of the implementation of the exclusive rights of authors and related rights in contract use. Methodology: We used a system-structural, specific sociological, historical, and legal, socio-legal, and comparative legal, statistical methods. Results: The article presents the study conclusions and provisions, which are investigated in the work, in General, are based on the law of the EAEU, international treaties and conventions that have been ratified in the countries of the EEU. The relevance and significance of this work is to analyze the implementation of the exclusive rights of authors and related rights in contract in use in the countries of the EEU. Also the significance of the study is that developed in her theoretical situation in the future can be used to further study the peculiarities of the implementation challenges the exclusive rights of authors and related rights in contract in use in the countries of the EEU. Novelty/originality/value: Article possesses high scientific value as is one of the first attempts to consider current problematic issues of implementation of exclusive rights of authors and related rights in contract in use in the countries of the EEU.
