Juridical science implements the strategy of the information society development

The article describes the trends of the information society development by juridical science, resulting from the documentation of the national programs, as well associated cooperation between the scientific schools which create information technologies and the judicial science. The work of the law department of the PSNRU on creating information technologies for legal activities is presented.
