Realisation of the constitutional guarantees on privacy and security of personal data in the internet

The topicality of the given article is conditioned by the trends in the sphere of informatisation of all spheres of life. Problems arising before the society have the systemic character and are consequences of sharpened controversies between private and social interests. The author analyses legal aspects of personal data security and put forward propositions of perfection of constitutional guarantees on privacy realisation mechanisms.
