With the development of the information society and digitalization processes in the implementation of constitutional social rights and citizens, the issues of guarantees of these rights in the digital environment are becoming particularly relevant. In these conditions, it becomes natural and necessary to study the constitutional rights of citizens and their guarantees in the process of introducing the latest information and communication systems in public authorities.
