Implementation of constitutional rights of citizens registry bodies

This article describes the problems of realization of constitutional rights of citizens Civil Registry Office for the Republic of Bashkortostan. Analyze activity registrar bodies of Bashkortostan republic. Identified and justified by the powers of the Russian Federation Ministry of Justice, the Civil Registry Office in the framework of agreements to interact with the multipurpose centers of public and municipal services (MFC). In conclusion, it is concluded that the state policy in the sphere of civil registration is based on the constitutional provisions - ensuring the rights of citizens, respect for the public interest in the organization of the relevant activities.
