Implementation of the May decrees of the Russian Federation president in the context of innovation economy development in the Republic of Mordovia

The article notes the high MediaIndex of the region (September 2014) and analyzes the results of implementation of the presidential decrees dated May 2012 in the following areas: rendering of state and municipal services, development and modernization of high-end jobs, investment, implementation of projects in the sphere of high technology, labour productivity, advanced and vocational training, growth of budget revenues, development of innovative economy in the region, raising of wages for certain categories of public sector workers, improvement of demographic situation.
