Implementation of youth policy in the Republic of Bashkortostan

The article examines the implementation of youth policy in the Republic of Bashkortostan. The features of the youth group, its needs and the problems faced by the local youth are analyzed. Key programs and initiatives aimed at supporting youth are discussed, as well as ways to improve youth policy. The results of the study show that despite some successes, there is a need to improve the youth support policy, which is undoubtedly important for the socio-economic development of the region.
