The implementation of youth policy in the context of the corporate culture of the enterprise: on the example of "Lukoil-Perm LLC" and "Gazprom pererabotka LLC"

This article discusses the concepts of «corporate culture», «young employee», «young specialist», the status of a young specialist. The theoretical aspect of corporate culture formation is considered. The emphasis is placed on the relationship between the corporate culture of the enterprise and youth policy. The author analyzes corporate documents of Companies, as well as the experience of two industrial enterprises aimed at implementing corporate policy in the field of youth work. The main results and conclusions are presented.
