Implementation of national projects taking into account stadial development of territories

The article discusses aspects of the potential for the implementation of national projects in the context of the life cycle of multilevel territorial entities. The general and specific characteristics of the stages of the life cycle of territories are considered, and on the example of municipalities of the Republic of Bashkortostan, a typology of territories is developed by the level of need for financial support in priority areas, taking into account their stage development. Suggestions are given to increase funding for a national project in the field of supporting small and medium-sized enterprises.
