The article discusses the implementation of the main tasks of the scientific organization of labor and management in the activities of the military apparatus during the period of reconstruction of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR and its great reform. The author explains the peculiarities and historical regularities of this process, its importance for further improving the management system of internal affairs bodies.
