Exercise of students’ rights in the sphere of higher education in the second half of the XIX century in the context of international cooperation of the Russian empire

The article discusses the basic stages of educational law development in Russia. The author analyses some legal acts regulating public relations in the field of higher education and notes their impact on the exercise of Russian students’ rights. Particular attention is paid to the international cooperation of the Russian Empire in the sphere of higher education as an essential factor affecting the exercise of students’ rights.
