Implementation of the principle of personal inviolability in the investigation of murders

In the scientific article, the author analyzes the implementation of the principle of personal inviolability in the investigation of murders. The implementation of this principle is considered in terms of the requirements for places where suspects and accused are held. Thus, a problem was identified related to the impossibility of ensuring in full such conditions of detention that would exclude a threat to the life and health of the person held in them. This fact indicates the incomplete implementation of the principle of personal inviolability.
