The implementation of the principle "a reasonable time in criminal proceedings" at the stage of execution of the sentence

The article analyzes the questions of application of the principle of reasonably-year period of pre-trial and trial stages in criminal proceedings. The author explains that in determining the reasonable term of criminal shipbuilding production must include and the period of execution of the judgment at the stage of enforcement. The principle of «reasonable period of criminal proceedings» must extend to the stage of execution of the sentence.
