Implementation of the project on introduction of elements of physical culture in the production process in the years of the first five-year plan

The aim of the article is the description and analysis of the Soviet project on the introduction of elements of physical culture in the production process in the years of the first five-year plan. The tasks of the article are identification and analysis of organizational structures of the project, analysis of project implementation, identification of weaknesses in the conduct of experimental research at Soviet enterprises in the years of the first five-year plan, detection of peculiarities of research at different enterprises, project analysis. The need to meet the challenges of building an industrial base forced new opportunities to intensify labour. The Soviet leadership turned to methods of physical culture. At the same time, the preservation and maintenance of the health of the working class was pursued. Another important aspect was the systematic analysis of the whole production cycle in enterprises. The author discovers problems and weaknesses in the management of production, human resources and brakes down the belief in lightness and carelessness of physical training methods and their potential for industry. Physical culture has a huge potential with a scientific approach to it. The practical significance of this work lies in the possibility of using the Soviet experience in modern Russian enterprises. The issue of labour efficiency is always at the center of attention in all economic conditions and systems.
