Implementation of regional economic policy to ensure the sustainability of socio-economic systems

The article examines regional economic policy as a multi-aspect system aimed at ensuring sustainable development of territories through a balance of economic, social and environmental factors. Using the example of the Tyumen region, the key components of sustainable development are analyzed: economic growth based on innovations and infrastructure development; ecological balance achieved through rational use of natural resources; and social responsibility aimed at improving the quality of life of the population. It was revealed that the successful implementation of regional economic policy requires an integrated approach that takes into account local characteristics and global challenges. In-depth analysis of the effectiveness of innovation strategies, development of methods for assessing sustainable development, comparative study of regional practices, as well as research into the impact of human capital and environmental initiatives on the long-term development of territories are proposed as promising areas for further research. The article emphasizes the need for an interdisciplinary approach to the formation of regional policy capable of adapting to dynamically changing conditions.
