Today, the Russian economy is integrated into global processes, which directly affects the qualitative characteristics of its development. The most important problem remains its dependence on raw materials exports - oil, gas, and metals. Raw material exports are the products of the primary sector of the economy, as well as the products of agriculture and the extractive industry. But at the moment, commodity exports can no longer be the main component of the country’s export potential. It should be replaced by products from the secondary and tertiary sectors, otherwise called non-primary exports. It, in turn, includes the service sector and industrial goods.
