Implementation of the strategy of innovation development of Russia: evaluation of the outcomes

The article is devoted to the analysis of some results of implementation of the Strategy of the Innovation Development of Russia up to 2020 in the context of the economic crisis. The author also analyzes the adequacy of the reforms evaluating its innovation spurring and structure of the economy improving.
