Implementation of freedom in religious culture

The article deals with the concept of religious culture, which is based on religious dogma. The prerequisite for posing the problem was the idea of the immutability of religious culture and the realization that this type of culture cannot be called a culture in the full sense of this definition, since it has a static basis, namely religious dogma.
