Implementation of tactical operations and combinations in the investigation of crimes in the field of equity participation in the construction of apartment buildings

Introduction: the article deals with the current state of investigation of crimes in the field of equity participation in construction, with the emphasis on the effectiveness of work on compensation for material damage; positions of scientists on the concept and essence of tactical operations and combinations are analyzed; examples of tactical operations and combinations the purpose of which is to find the most effective way to solve a specific problem are provided; examples of successful implementation of tactical operations in investigative activities are given; the algorithm of actions of employees of investigative, operational divisions and other persons at implementation of tactical operation “Compensation of the caused material damage” is given.
